The e-learning course on Chipster (http://chipster.csc.fi/) and RNA-seq will be held on 31 January 2017 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the University of Chemistry and Technology (UCT), Prague and in parallel at the Faculty of Medicine of Ljubljana University, Slovenia. The course will tutor Dr. Eija Korpelainen and Maria Lehtivaara from CSC (ELIXIR Finland) via online e-learning platform provided by ELIXIR Slovenia.

ELIXIR Finland will provide teleconferencing system and the access to Chipster environment, so all computations will be carried out on the CSC hardware. The course covers the whole RNA-seq workflow from quality control and alignment to quantification and differential expression analysis.
