We would like to invite you to join our unique Summer School of Single Cell, which covers all the key steps in immune cell processing, sample preparation for single cell sequencing, and data analysis.
This nine-day intensive, hands-on course focuses on experimental design, sample selection and preparation, quality control, sequencing, understanding NGS data formats, sequence editing, read mapping, data interpretation and troubleshooting.
The Summer School was established through the long-term collaboration between Charles University and the University of West Bohemia, as well as with London South Bank University, the Medical University of Vienna, the University of Warsaw, the University of Pennsylvania, and CiRT consortium.
Venue
Wet lab part will take place at:
- The Biomedical Centre of the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen, Charles University.
The in silico lab and data analysis part will take place at:
- The New Technologies for the Information Society Research Centre (NTIS) at the Faculty of Applied Sciences, University of West Bohemia.
