ELIXIR CZ intranet which is managed from Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the CAS (lead institution of ELIXIR CZ), Flemingovo náměstí 542/2, 166 10 Prague, Czech Republic.
Description
ELIXIR CZ is a national Node of research infrastructure for life sciences. The ELIXIR CZ intranet allows life scientists from different organisations to log in and share information.
The intranet access is organised into groups, so people can share information with members of the groups they are in. The information shared is mostly documents and tasks.
The intranet login is provided by the identity and access management system Perun managed by the ELIXIR CZ consortium member CESNET z.s.p.o.

Data retrieved from Perun:
- Your name
- Your username
- Your email address
- Your user ID
- Groups you belong to within ELIXIR CZ intranet (and mailing lists)
Reason for personal data processing
Processing of the data listed above is necessary for assignment of appropriate access rights to the intranet (based on user group memberships). We also use the email addresses for assignment to appropriate ELIXIR CZ mailing lists.
Third party disclosure
We do not disclose any data about our intranet users to third parties.
Access, updating and deletion of personal data
To rectify or update your personal data received from Perun, please see your personal profile details there.
To request deletion of your personal data by ELIXIR CZ, thus disable your intranet access, please contact elixir@uochb.cas.cz.

Data retention
Personal data are stored for the period of your registration in the ELIXIR CZ intranet groups. If the Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the CAS is notified that you no longer hold a role within the ELIXIR CZ governance, your personal data are deleted within one month from the ELIXIR CZ intranet records.
