This information is stored for the period set by individual funders of ELIXIR CZ, with the minimum period of 5 years after the funded projects have been terminated. Only the event organisers have access to this information. A full list of participants will also be available at the event registration desk for signing. Such evidence of your participation in the event is defined as mandatory by the funders. We store Specialization and Experience in Galaxy anonymously for statistics.

If you are an invited speaker, want to have a flash talk or to bring a poster at the conference, please let us know in this part of the registration. Your name, affiliation and talk/poster title will be published as part of the conference programme on the event web page. Print version of the programme will also be available in the conference hall and conference proceedings.

Should you wish us to arrange your accommodation, please indicate so in this section. We keep the details provided only for logistics purposes and these are deleted after the conference.
Full list of participants (name and room sharing preference) will be provided to the hotel staff. Note that all rooms are double.
