AmtDB: a database of ancient human mitochondrial genomes

Samples of ancient DNA are now catalogized in new specialized database curated by scientists from the Institute of Molecular Genetics, Academy of Science of CR. Samples were obtained by scientific community around the globe from archeological sites 2 - 30 thousands years old. Part of the database interface is also an interactive map of samples localization. Whole database is accessible at https://amtdb.org
